Who we are looking for:
We seek new Application Specialists to join our ASA Software team, focusing on projects involving administrative, accounting, managerial, and control management applications for a major client in Agrigento . The resource will work directly with the client on software issues, reporting to the Project Manager.

The role will involve:

• On-site support for installed management software
• Gathering and analyzing customization requirements and documenting them
• Configuring application solutions and performing functional tests
• Data extraction and report generation
• Providing training and preparing training materials
• First and second-level application support for end users

Desired characteristics:

• Degree in economics, technical, IT, management, or related fields
• Knowledge of RDBMS languages (SQL or similar)
• Preferably familiar with administrative, managerial, and control management applications
