Junior Android Developer – Digital Payments Solutions

We are seeking an Junior Android Developer to join our team in Milan and lead the development of a complex Android-based solution in the FinTech sector. This project involves the integration of multiple applications with various systems, including payment gateways, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cash registers. You will play a key role in designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining a robust Android solution, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement an Android-based solution integrating multiple systems.
• Create comprehensive and clear documentation for clients, detailing architecture, design, and implementation.
• Participate in regular update meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing progress reports and addressing technical concerns.
• Set up and manage automated testing environments to streamline release processes and generate detailed test reports.

Place: Milan, Italy

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electronic payment systems.
• Proficiency in Android development (Java/Kotlin) and Android OS (e.g., Android Services).
• Solid understanding of system integration and API management.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the e-payments sector.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD processes.
