Responsibilities

  • Project manager support for solution projects: oversee and support the data collection processes (e.g., questionnaire finetuning and test, sample and quota definition), the data elaboration (e.g., briefing EDP on mono and multivariate analysis), the data analysis and the reporting (defining chart templates and assisting charting, supporting senior insights) according to NIQ data quality strict requirements.
  • Support senior colleagues during the management of the research process from proposals to final presentation, playing an important role in meeting timing and deliveries.
  • Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard, meeting the service level requirements for contact and presentations.
  • Support engagement across the solution portfolio.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and share these with the sales team and senior colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in understanding consumer behaviour, motivations and decisions.
  • Curiosity about market dynamics and cultural influences that drive consumer purchasing decisions and consumer needs.
  • Full dedication and reliability in meeting timing and deliveries.
  • Familiarity with statistical techniques used in the analysis of market data and interpretation of results.
  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability to organise and manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Effective communication: ability to communicate research findings clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Client‑centric approach.
  • Familiar with AI tools and curiosity to learn and apply them on a daily basis.
  • Native in Italian and good in English.
  • Analytical skills: ability to collect, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ideally 1 to 3 years as a quantitative market researcher in a research agency (ad hoc researches).
