Junior Analytical Chemist

Job Mission

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Plant & Planning division while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

What you will do:

• Support method development and validation activities
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams during product development
• Perform routine and non-routine analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished cosmetic products
• Use analytical techniques such as HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), UV-Vis/Infrared spectroscopy, pH measurement, titration and viscosity testing
• Support stability studies and compatibility tests
• Prepare samples, reagents, and standard solutions
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
• Record and interpret analytical data accurately
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards, and cosmetic regulations

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of analytical laboratory techniques
• Accuracy, analytical skills, and important attention to detail
• Proactivity and high problem-solving skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
