With a forward-looking vision, Saentra Forge seeks to lead in high-impact areas vital to national and global security. the Company currently undergoing organizational evolution and involved in extraordinary transactions, is seeking a Junior Accounting Manager to join the Finance team at its Milan headquarters. The role reports directly to the Finance Director and represents a key support function in group reporting and consolidation processes. Role Objective Support the Finance Director in: Operational management and progressive autonomy on Italian statutory financial statements Group reporting activities under US GAAP Preparation of financial documentation for international filings (F-20) Implementation and enhancement of group reporting and internal control systems Support to consolidation processes, including post-M&A activities Key Responsibilities Support preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements Application of Italian GAAP and US GAAP (IFRS considered a plus) Preparation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reporting Support SEC filing and international reporting activities Interface with external auditors Support implementation of internal control processes General accounting management through ERP (Oracle NetSuite) Advanced Excel data analysis and financial modeling Must-have Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance or related disciplines 5–8 years of experience, preferably within a leading audit firm Proven experience in: Statutory and consolidated financial statements Italian GAAP and US GAAP Financial reporting Excellent English proficiency Advanced Excel skills High execution speed and strong learning capability Immediate availability Nice-to-have Experience with SEC filing / F-20 documentation Post-M&A consolidation experience Experience in international group environments Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite What We Offer Direct involvement in strategic reporting and consolidation projects International, dynamic and evolving environment Compensation aligned with experience
