JUNIOR ACCOUNT STAGE
Feel Good Events, Experience Events Agency & DMC (take a look here! / ), is looking for a dynamic Junior Account to join the Operations team .

What will you do?
Under a manager’s guidance, you’ll help deliver high-impact, emotion-driven experiences—from concept to on-site execution—crafted with care and attention to every detail to leave a lasting impression.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore the full spectrum of the events industry —working closely with teams across Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Booth & Space Design, Live Experiences, and Strategic Research.
Handling stress will definitely be one of your biggest challenges—but each successful event will bring a sense of achievement that’s hard to beat. In this field, proactivity and creativity are your greatest allies.
You’ll be expected to
- Support projects from idea to delivery (logistics, timelines, checklists, run of show)
- Coordinate with internal and external teams
- Liaise with clients: align goals, manage updates, keep things clear and smooth
- Work with suppliers and partners: briefs, quotes, logistics, follow-ups
- Be hands-on on site: set-up, coordination, problem-solving in real time
- Learn fast and grow quickly as responsibilities increase
What are we looking forward?
§ Degree in Communication, Event Management or equivalent
§ Strong passion for events and trips
§ Excellent relational and organizational skills
§ Perfect English required; Spanish fluency is very much appreciated
§ Excellent knowledge of Office Package
§ A positive attitude and excellent team work skills
§ Ability to manage deadlines
§ Problem solving and Stress Management as your daily business
§ Good writing skills
§ Quick learning
§ Availability to travel
