Junior Account Manager - Direct Sales
We offer a permanent contract, even if you are a junior sales.
Salary range based on experience: €30,000 – €36,000 plus uncapped commissions.

Join our amazing team of Direct Sales and rise to the challenge to evolve in the IT sector!
Responsibilities
- Develop the relationship and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and Odoo’s internal Business Analysts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and their translation into effective solutions.
- Increase customers’ adoption of Odoo by supporting existing clients, showcasing new apps, features and updates, and proactively identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with their ongoing needs and processes.
- Negotiate contract renewals, from monthly to multi‑year subscriptions.
Requirements
- 1‑2 years experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant.
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
- Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Project Management ability: manage timelines, priorities and deliverables.
- Stakeholder management: nurture relationships with clients.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in IT Sales field.
- Technical curiosity – genuine interest in understanding how our software product and IT solutions work.
- Active listening – ability to capture both the technical and business needs expressed by prospects.
