Department Overview:

The Wholesale team operates in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, partnering with Department Stores, Specialty Stores, and Online retailers to maximize sales and build strong, long‑term relationships. The team evaluates distribution opportunities, manages market appointments, oversees post‑market activities, and drives retail performance. Wholesale collaborates closely with Planning, Merchandising, Retail, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver commercial targets.

What You’ll Do:

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Managing customer account queries; forwarding and resolving with CS/Finance
  • Pull sales data and support business-driving decisions
  • Share weekly ATS reports and manage reorders and swaps for Specialty Stores; support Key Accounts as needed
  • Track payments and deliveries for Specialty Stores and Key Accounts
  • Handle general administrative tasks, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate to Senior AEs when required

Quarterly / Seasonal Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis for Women’s all divisions
  • Prepare and distribute seasonal marketing assets to Specialty Stores
  • Track seasonal sell-out for key accounts
  • Assist the Showroom Coordinator with sample intake
  • Support image requests and manage access to the image portal
  • Maintain updated customer contact lists
  • Support store visits and maintain updated distribution mapping and door counts
  • Create Product Knowledge Packs and support training sessions

Market Responsibilities

  • Manage sales appointments and take ownership of assigned accounts
  • Organize market appointments in line with the Market Diary and maintain logs
  • Ensure all accounts receive relevant market communications and materials; follow up post‑appointment
  • Present new seasonal collections to selected Specialty Stores and support AEs with Key Account appointments
  • Ensure all orders are submitted by the deadline, entered correctly, and tracked
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to the Senior AE and Director
  • Communicate changes to customers during and after market (pricing, style codes, materials, delivery windows)
  • Support Senior AE with booking report checks
  • Assist the Showroom Coordinator with sample logging and showroom setup


You’ll Need to Have:

  • Fluency in Italian and English; Russian is a plus
  • Wholesale experience in a premium or luxury environment
  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners
  • Adaptability in communication style to suit different audiences and levels
