Jr. Supply Chain Specialist

CBC (Europe) S.r.l. is the Italian branch of the CBC Group, headquartered in Tokyo, with a global presence of over 40 commercial and manufacturing sites.

In Italy, the offices in Varedo (MB), Grassobbio (BG), and Cesena (FC), working closely with other European offices, form one of the group’s key operational hubs. Our activities range from the chemical-pharmaceutical sector to biocontrol in integrated and organic agriculture, as well as the distribution of medical, optical, and electronic technologies.

To strengthen our Supply Chain and Procurement team at the Grassobbio (BG) office, we are looking for a:

Junior Supply Chain Specialist

The selected candidate will support the Supply Chain Manager on a broad spectrum of activities, focusing mainly on:

• Place purchasing orders in the ERP (Microsoft Business Central)
• Coordinating with the suppliers for logistics support
• Tracking and continuous monitoring of delivery lead times
• Customs clearance for samples sent to Customers (both by sea and air)
• Organize eventual picking activites from suppliers
• Support the function manager on various projects

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Management Engineering or Economics degree
• 1 year of experience in similar roles within mid-sized organizations.
• Excellent command of English;
• Excellent use of MS Excel;
• Enthusiasm, a desire to learn and to grow in the role.
• Driving License B
