Jr Sales Manager - Polymers & Compounds

Resina Partners is supporting a leading Italian engineering plastics compounder in the search for a Junior Sales Manager .

The company

A compact, agile plant specialising in engineering plastics and custom compounds for injection moulding applications.

The role:

• Support the management of existing customers, both Italian and international
• Gradually develop new business
• Work closely with technical and production teams
• The position is structured to allow a progressive ramp-up in responsibility

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years sales experience in polymers, compounding, or related chemical sectors
• Technical profiles with strong motivation to move into sales can be considered
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
