Jr Sales Engineer – Mobile Agriculture and Forestry Sector - Graduate Specialist Program

At Bosch Rexroth , within our Graduate Specialist Program (GSP), you will join the Sales Agriculture Machinery team, in a truly international environment, and will play a key role in driving innovation within the Mobile sector. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting‑edge technology with hands‑on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships.

As a Junior Sales Engineer , you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions.

You will:

• Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio — from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services.
• Build strong partnerships with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth.
• Own projects end‑to‑end , from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed.
• Understand and anticipate market trends , guiding customers toward the most effective and forward‑looking solutions.
• Grow internationally , gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.
• Seal the deal , You will manage the negotiation and define agreements with our partners

Qualifications

• Education: MSc in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
• Experience:  ~ 1 years of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred)
• Work style: Analytical mindset, results‑driven approach, strong collaboration skills, business acumen, and pragmatism
• Mindset: Curiosity for industrial and technological topics, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
