Our Jr Key Account Manager Multi-channel & Inside Sales drives business development and manage relationships with global clients across assigned channels, focusing on proactive lead generation, inside sales, and portfolio expansion.


Main Responsibilities

  • Full Account Lifecycle Management: End-to-end management of assigned client relationships, from initial acquisition to long-term retention and development.
  • New Business & Inside Sales: Proactively identify new prospects or be assigned by the Head of Global Channels function, within the Hospitality sector, through structured cold calling and emailing to convert leads into concrete opportunities.
  • Multi-channel Execution: Manage sales across various corporate channels (Direct, Distributors, Partners), ensuring commercial consistency and landing of the main projects (Airlines & Cruises).
  • Cross-selling & Portfolio Expansion: Analyze current client needs to propose complementary solutions from the Group’s ecosystem, increasing the "wallet share" per account.


Key Experiences

2-3 years in commercial roles; experience in Inside Sales or Business Development is highly preferred.


Key Knowledge & Competencies

  • Sales acumen with a focus on proactive lead generation and inside sales.
  • Sales proficiency and data-driven approach to sales planning (CMR and Excel).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
