The Role

This is a commercial, outbound sales-driven role focused on developing market entry strategies and identifying and generating new channel or direct hospital opportunities in international healthcare markets.

You will engage directly with:

  • Hospitals and clinical stakeholders
  • Medical device distributors
  • Healthcare decision-makers
  • Key Opinion Leaders


You will be representing 3 various MedTech clients wand coordinate their market entry. In the role you will

oversee the strategy, build pipeline, generate qualified meetings, and support international market entry .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop market entry strategies and roadmap development

• Develop KPI planning and strategic execution

• Execute outbound sales (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) targeting hospitals and distributors

• Generate qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities

• Identify and qualify new distributors and healthcare accounts

• Maintain CRM, pipeline, and follow-up structure

• Support client projects with market insights and opportunity development

• Coordinate and work in sales support teams

What We’re Looking For

Experience (Required)

• 3–6 years in sales or business development

Minimum 2–3 years in medical devices / healthcare sales

• Experience in at least one of the following:

  • Selling into hospitals or clinics
  • Working for a medical device distributor
  • Supporting or developing distributor networks
  • Experience with outbound sales is essential

This role is intended for early-career professionals , not senior profiles.

Profile

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach

• Experience engaging healthcare stakeholders

• Structured in pipeline and KPI management

Languages

• Fluent English, Italian and French or Spanish (required for sales conversations)

• Additional EU languages are a strong plus
