Role

In this unprecedented context, we are looking for an unconventional and highly talented professional who can exceed expectations and help us deliver the best events. You will be a key pillar of our Event Excellence team, helping with the organisation, management and delivery processes of events.

Location

This is a hybrid role. The reference office is in Milan and we would love to have you in the office corridor as often as possible.

Starting

Curricular internship starting September 2026 for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Specialists in managing the events in our pipeline.
• Support the Engineering team in developing our platform and processes.

About You

• Educational background geared towards Event Management.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Responsive and willing to take decisions and responsibility.
• Experience in the world of events and/or catering (nice to have).
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (nice to have).
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to learn and step outside of your comfort zone to experiment and revolutionise an industry with us.
• Humility and openness to feedback, making the best of it.
• Enjoy social gatherings and open to community events.
