Jr. Data Strategist - Internship

Cheil Italy , the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a curious, analytical and AI-oriented Data Strategist Intern to join our Performance & Strategy Team.

This curricular internship is designed for students eager to gain hands‑on experience in digital performance analysis, data interpretation and strategic planning within a dynamic and data‑driven agency environment.

Your Role

You will support the team in the strategy, development and monitoring of performance‑driven communication activities for our main clients.

• Supporting the execution and monitoring of multi‑channel activities, tracking performance against objectives and key metrics.
• Analyzing data to extract insights and support strategic recommendations.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributing to the creation of dashboards, graphs and data visualizations.
• Supporting the setup and optimization of tracking and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Academic background in Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Management Engineering or related fields.
• Strong interest in AI and data innovation: curiosity about AI applications in performance analysis, automation, predictive models or data‑driven strategy, with a proactive attitude in exploring AI tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity (academic or personal) with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Basic understanding of digital performance metrics and KPIs.
• Good level of English.
• Team player mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
