YOUR ROLE

You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI systems including RAG-based architectures, chatbots, and NLP solutions, supporting innovation across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and services.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Build and deploy conversational AI solutions, including chatbots.
• Develop NLP-based components for text understanding and generation.
• Work with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker for model training, deployment, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
• Support testing, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systems.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
