Jr Account Executive

Descrizione della posizione: We are looking for a Jr Account Executive to join our team in Milan. The role of Account Executive is a crucial role in our agency. Joining our team, you'll be the first point of reference for our clients and have the task to coordinate and manage cross-functional processes and projects inside the agency. As a Melismelis Account Executive you will: Have a direct relationship with clients - both national and international - and be their point of reference in the agency Manage omni-channel projects often involving all the core businesses of the agency, namely ATL and BTL communication campaigns, digital marketing, social media and events Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to respond the clients' needs Manage clients' day-by-day activities Develop both offline and online communication projects Participating in clients' meeting, producing meeting reports Sharing clients' brief with the internal creative departments We are looking for a curious, smart and clever candidate who has: 2-4 years of experience in communication agencies or similar context Communication/marketing educational background Good English knowledge (at least B2) Knowledge of the digital communication world Experience in working with deadlines and respecting clients' budget Excellent communication skills Good ability to engage people Good ability to work in a team Good mood and positivity Problem-solving skills If you possess these skills and are looking to embark on a new and exciting career adventure, please send your CV (named CV_firstname_surname.pdf) and a cover letter (named Letter_firstname_surname.pdf) to
