WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . You will design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions for the HR domain: from client requirements through to production deployment. You will lead architectural decisions and contribute to building multi-agent systems, ontology-based platforms, and decision support tools.
• Technologies. You will work with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini), RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), vector and graph databases (es. Neo4j), and emerging protocols such as MCP and A2A. You will use Python daily and operate in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Team work . You will join a small, fast-moving team of two senior profiles with ownership of technical choices. This is a high-impact role in a startup environment within the Reply Group.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a specialisation or strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Valuable expertise. 2–5 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent systems); Strong Python skills, OOP, SOLID principles, Git and DevOps practices; Experience designing scalable, production-grade AI architectures; Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols or multi-agent system design; Ability to manage a project end-to-end: from brief to client delivery. Fluent English, written and spoken
• Nice to have . Experience with ontologies, graphs or vector databases (Neo4j, Oracle, Cosmos, AWS Neptune), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle), open-source contributions, or exposure to the HR domain.
• Soft skills . Autonomy and ownership, innovative mindset, fast prototyping attitude, continuous self-learning.
