Jewelry Sales Associate

Role Description

This is a part time or full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate, located in the center of Florence. The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry and watch timepieces, providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about product offerings, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to the overall performance of the store.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
• Exceptional Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to ensure positive interactions and lasting impressions
• Proficiency in Retail Sales with a focus on achieving sales goals and understanding product inventory
• Ability to work in a team-oriented retail environment and build rapport with diverse customer profiles
• Previous experience in luxury or retail environments is an advantage
• Passion for jewelry and or watches, attention to detail, and a keen eye for quality
• Multi-language skills, especially proficiency in English and Spanish, are highly beneficial
