PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, relationship builder and action oriented Manager to drive one of the most important opinion leader channel, the Veterinary Channel, through the creation and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies.
This role is pivotal in driving the company ́s ambition of becoming thereference for veterinarians in cats and dogs nutritional solutions.
Italian Vet Manager will lead and drive 30 people team to become the partner of choice for veterinarians, building strong conections with Veterinarian Universities, Veterinarian associations, Vet Corporates and overall Vet Market.
This role will orchestrate great collaboration between vet and commercial channels for building sinergies and win as one team.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
The candidate have to lead the Veterinary channel in Italy. The ideal candidate is coming from healthcare or veterinary sectors and has a perfect knowledge of the dynamics of that market.
The candidate must be able to think strategically and execute flawlessly.
Core funtions:
- Management with excellence Italian Vet Team, 30 people Team.
- Building collaboration with Commercial team creating recommendation – convertion engine, building efficiencies and leveraging sinergies.
- Build and deploy plans together with marketing team for guaranting perfect execution.
- Establishment of standards and Kpi’s for business performance tracking.
- Prepare trade promotional plan deployment, in agreement with the commercial director, in designated channel with crucial customers.
- Being main actor on accelerating vet digital recommendation and shaping digital ecosystem.
- Dealing with distributors in order to support them with marketing actions in the vet channel.
- Vet budget building and monitoring.
- Implement and participate in improving the company Vet Strategy.
- Play an active role in European Vet Community shaping the future and actively contributing to regional functions.

Professional Qalification:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Veterinary Science, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Both spoken and written english are required.
Job requierements:
- Mínimum 3 years experience managing a team and leading business.
- Comfortable in digital enviroment.
-Travel time: 70% in the field.
