Selecta Italia is seeking an experienced Italy & Spain Legal Counsel to be the main legal reference for management and business functions in Italy and Spain. You will provide legal advice to support business strategy, contract negotiation and relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
You will oversee local corporate governance and work closely with the business in managing and negotiating commercial agreements.
