You will be responsible for driving retail performance, operations excellence, and retail team development, reporting directly to the Country General Manager. Your role involves collaboration with both regional and HQ teams, ensuring that our stores meet brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, proven experience in retail management, and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to travel frequently across Italy.
