Responsibilities:
- Set the overall retail life cycle strategy, ensure product launch readiness in KA side;
- Manage the grand launch and Go-To-Market activities of the flagship products;
- Responsible for the new product display guidelines, drive the differentiated display for the different product portfolio, align with HQ of all the retail preparation and related department, communicate with WEU countries on product launch retail execution;
- Delivery the LDU/Dummy and retail investment calculation and make sure countries’ execution;
- Develop creative Go-To-Market retail plans and initiatives with the partners. Designs and implement retail campaigns and has a perfect understanding of what "added value" means;
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain to develop local business.
Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of Retail and GTM with hands on experience;
- Telecommunication or consumer electronic industry work experience is important;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel;
- Proficient in English and Chinese;
- A good team player with excellent communication skills;
- Can work under pressure, have strong executive power.
