Requirements
- University degree in Marketing or Equivalent;
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in a Beauty or Luxury Company with a focus on Product Marketing;
- Passionate about the Beauty world;
- Expertise with working on different projects at the same time with great attention to retro planning in order to respect time to market;
- Fluency in English and Italian ihrer.
Key Performance Areas We Are Looking For - Own the analysis of product performance across markets, with a strong focus on sell‑in, sell‑out, promotional effectiveness and pricing dynamics;
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, product launches, assortments and promotional strategies to identify risks and opportunities;
- Translate market insights and performance data into actionable recommendations to optimize product strategy, launches and promotional plans;
- Support the definition and execution of go‑to‑market and launch strategies, ensuring coherence between product positioning, commercial priorities and market execution;
- Work closely with Sales, Trade كو and Supply Chain to align forecasts, promotional plans and product availability;
- Track KPIs and business results, contributing to post‑launch and post‑promotion analysis and the definition of corrective actions.
