Italy Market Lead — Revenue & Growth Builder

Notion is seeking a Country Manager to own Italy’s revenue and establish the company’s market presence. You will lead a startup-within-Notion, delivering market momentum, lighthouse wins, and scalable operating systems in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services.

You’ll report to the EMEA GM and build a local team, partner ecosystem, and ongoing GTM programs to maximize impact in the Italian market and across the broader EMEA region.
