Celanese is seeking a Manufacturing Site Operations Director for its Forli facility in Italy. This role involves leading all manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, reliability, and productivity. You will report to the Senior Director Manufacturing Multi-Site Operations and manage a team dedicated to operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, proficient in both Italian and English, and possess a strong background in chemical manufacturing processes.
