Italy Junior Integrated Logistics System Engineer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Junior Integrated Logistics System Engineer to join its team in Taranto within the Electronics and System Engineering Division.

Mission

Coordinamento e gestione di attività ILS in contesto navale, comprendenti gestione contrattuale, controllo manutentivo, definizione KPI e supporto al ciclo di vita del sistema.

Key Accountabilities

• Gestione contrattuale e consuntivazione attività
• Redazione e validazione documentazione contrattuale a supporto ILS
• Monitoraggio avanzamento attività tecniche e logistiche
• Coordinamento con supply chain e Program Management per la gestione del servizio
• Supporto all’ingegneria di campo per raccolta dati di ritorno dalle unità navali
• Collaborazione con area ILS per calcolo KPI, configurazioni operative e gestione baseline
• Training e supporto al personale tecnico su strumenti di gestione e procedure di rendicontazione
• Controllo dei task manutentivi in coerenza con i piani contrattuali
• Definizione, valutazione e aggiornamento KPI di performance logistica
• Contributo alla redazione di report periodici (Activity Report)
• Partecipazione a riunioni tecniche con enti interni ed esterni del settore navale
• Supporto al monitoraggio budget contrattuali e rendicontazione mensile

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Qualifications

• Laurea a indirizzo tecnico (preferibilmente ingegneria)
• Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito ingegneria logistica o di processo
• Conoscenza dei sistemi Windows (Office)
• Utilizzo di SAP (moduli MM, PM) e Sistemi Informatici di tipo ERP
• Familiarità con database ORACLE e linguaggio SQL
• Competenze avanzate in Microsoft Excel
