Product Marketing Assistant (Darphin Paris)

The Product Marketing Assistant will support the product marketing team for the Darphin Paris brands in managing the catalog and the launch of new products, from the initial phase of trend analysis to the final phase of implementation and execution. The resource will collaborate with the team and corporate functions in implementing launch activities, analyzing market and competitor sell‑out, analyzing sell‑in, producing materials, and managing daily operational tasks. The position will be required to interact regularly with various company departments (sales, online, supply chain, and trade marketing) related to the nature of the work and analysis.

Key Performance Areas

• Support in creating materials and presentations for internal and external meetings (Sales Meetings, Canvass, Client News Presentations).
• Coordination of external agencies for the development of digital and physical materials (banners, POP materials, leaflets, etc.).
• Support in the implementation and execution of promotional activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Support in order tracking (liaising with the supply chain).
• Analysis of sell‑in data and launch progress (Power BI) and analysis of sell‑out data (NPD/IQVIA).
• Support in the operational management of brand activities.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Proactivity, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
