• Responsibilities include managing financial operations at our manufacturing site in Termoli, Italy, supporting European manufacturing footprint, including budgeting, performance analysis, cost analysis, long-term strategy partnership, monthly close processes, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Lead financial activities and regulatory compliance for the Italian site, coordinate budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting, support month-end closing activities, and oversee manufacturing cost review processes.
• Partner with site management and global leaders, liaise with European controllership, manage external audits, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and maintain local SAP systems.
• Support investments and strategic business development, and ensure safety compliance according to D.Lgs.81 / 2008.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably chemicals
• Proficiency in financial English
• Knowledge of Italian taxes and finance, with experience working in Italy
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and global teamwork
• Proficiency in SAP, BW, Microsoft Office, etc.
