Responsibilities

  1. Based on AIKO’s overall business strategy, participate in market planning and execution for the Italy distributed PV market , and be responsible for regional product and solution promotion.
  2. Work closely with Sales / Key Account Managers to identify customer needs and pain points (e.g. installers, EPCs, distributors, C&I end customers), and provide timely feedback to the product and HQ technical teams.
  3. Be responsible for the development and maintenance of technical relationships with regional customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  4. Conduct regular customer visits across Italy to support product promotion, solution explanation, and pre-/post-sales technical support.
  5. Support solution design and technical proposals , including system configuration, product selection, and application scenarios for distributed PV projects.
  6. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and marketing materials , and support roadshows, distributor events, and customer workshops.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams and external technical resources to ensure solution feasibility, competitiveness, and successful project implementation .


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in photovoltaic product marketing, technical sales, system design, or distributed PV project support.
  • Experience in distributed PV (C&I, rooftop, small-scale ground-mounted) is strongly preferred, Candidates with a PV module / inverter / energy storage manufacturer background are a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian, Working proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, Good learning ability and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and Southern Europe .
