Creator Manager & Content Strategist
(Italy) (Remote)(Full-Time)
We are looking for a full-time manager to join our growing team, lead a group of talented creators across Italy, and collaborate closely with the Italy team.
FindMeCreators creates viral marketing campaigns for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts in more than 25+ countries, and 5 wide regions, working with some of the world’s biggest apps.
Here is an example of the kind of content we create:
Operations & Marketing
- Research + strategy development for brand campaigns
- Coordinate and manage all (country)-based creators
- Monitor creator accounts and track video performance
- Ensure feedback is implemented and content improvements are executed effectively
- Collaborate closely with the internal team on operational initiatives
- Support the team in preparing weekly reports
The working hours align with the Lisbon timezone (GMT+0 / +1) , from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Lisbon time . Regardless of location, you’re expected to be online and available during these hours.
Compensation
varies according to the experience / location
No previous experience is required, except a love for TikTok and Reels, and being good at operations and talking to people and creators.
MUST BE ITALIAN/SPEAK ITALIAN.
