An international company operating in the security and integrated technology solutions sector is seeking a CEO - Country Manager Italy , with the objective of launching, structuring and making the Italian subsidiary fully operational during its start-up phase. Reporting directly to International Management, with a strong focus on execution, organization and operational market entry in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch of the Italian subsidiary: Full responsibility for the operational start-up, defining structure, processes and priorities.
  • Organizational design: Co-design, together with Headquarters, of roles, workflows and the operating model during the initial phase.
  • Coordination of technical, operational and commercial activities: Alignment of all functions to ensure an effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Development of the service scope: Supervision of services delivered in Italy (installation, maintenance, engineering, technical audits).
  • Management of resources and partners: Coordination of internal resources and external suppliers during the start-up phase.
  • Alignment with international standards: Ensuring consistency with the Group’s processes and policies.
  • Preparation for stabilization: Creating the conditions for the transition to a permanent organizational structure.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional experience: Proven experience as Country Manager, General Manager or C-Level in international contexts or new subsidiary launches.
  • Sector background: Experience in technical/industrial sectors (security, systems engineering, technology services).
  • Managerial skills: Strong execution capabilities, leadership and change management skills.
  • International environment: Accustomed to working with direct reporting lines to Headquarters.
