ITALY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ENTERTAINTMENT
The ideal candidate has gained several years of experience within multinational companies operating in the licensing industry.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development of high-quality Entertainment concepts based on Sales Manager / NSO briefings Ensure alignment with Licensing, Creative, and Product Development teams Drive innovation by identifying trends and developing impactful, market-relevant concepts Share best practices, successful case studies, and updates from the Entertainment Team with NSO stakeholders Pitch Management: Manage end-to-end coordination of pitch requests Act as central point of coordination between Sales, Entertainment, and other relevant teams Ensure consistency and quality across all pitch deliverables Facilitate the sharing of concepts and approaches across EMEA Commercial Support: Support the Sales team in defining client-specific Entertainment strategies Participate in client meetings to present concepts and provide subject matter expertise Provide guidance and constructive challenge to Sales teams to strengthen proposals Contribute to the successful commercialization of Entertainment concepts Stakeholder & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with local licensing partners Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Creative, Licensing, and Product teams Act as the main point of contact for Entertainment topics within the assigned NSO Business Planning & Reporting: Develop and deliver a comprehensive 3-year Business Plan for the NSO Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business updates Monitor progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Key Accountabilities Ownership of the Entertainment business plan, including delivery and execution Accountability for the quality and effectiveness of Entertainment concepts Successful coordination and delivery of pitches Development of ready-to-sell 360° Entertainment solutions (based on both client briefs and innovation) Optimization of relationships with Ent MGs and local licensors
Key Skills & Competencies Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities Proven ability to develop innovative and commercially viable concepts Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong project management and coordination skills Client-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders Collaborative approach across cross-functional and international teams
Location : Milan Salary Package: 60K- 85k
