Key responsibilities for this role include:◦ Support the definition and analysis on KPIs on Sales Force activities to facilitate decision making and action plans;◦ Support in developing and implementing analysis on performance with internal and external sales data at territorial level, leveraging advanced analytics tools (e.g. PowerBl);◦ Cooperate with other company areas like Financial Department and Marketing; support in sales presentations to Management Team;◦ Support in the management of incentive plans, in terms of definition of targets and monitor of achievements;◦ Support in CRM management and maintenance and in ensuring effective use of CRM by Sales Reps;The Person we would like to meet is a smiling team builder, interested in analytical activities with a strong will to learn. The approach has to be highly positive, result oriented and data-driven.Brief experience in similar roles or in multinational companies will be nice to have, but it is not strictly needed.
