Salary: $6,000–$6,700 USD/month (tax-free)

Rotation: 4 months onboard / 2 months leave (paid onboard only)

Start Date: Feb / Mar 2026 (flexible)

Working Hours: ~10h/day | No days off while onboard

Barcelona Chef Recruitment is hiring for a Luxury Cruise Hospitality Group (confidential) seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead a high-end Italian specialty restaurant onboard.

What you’ll do

✅ Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 chefs

✅ Ensure consistent quality, presentation & execution

✅ Manage ordering, stock control & food cost

✅ Maintain HACCP / hygiene & safety standards

✅ Work closely with the onboard Executive Culinary team

Menu is set by corporate (not a creative role)

Requirements

• Strong background in fine dining / 5-star / Michelin-level standards

• Leadership experience in a high-performance kitchen

• Cruise experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• Culinary Certification

• STCW / Seaman’s Book / C1-D visa (or willing to obtain)
