Provide technical customer support in Italian and English. Assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting. Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. Accurately document cases and follow up until resolution. Turn challenging customer interactions into positive experiences and build customer loyalty. What We're Looking For
Fluent Italian (C1–C2) and English (B2+). Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach. Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required. Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: €1,024 gross per month × 14 salaries Performance Bonus: Up to €225 per month (11 months) Remote work from Portugal Paid training Career development opportunities International and multicultural working environment Relocation Support
