WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Porto team. You will provide professional, empathetic help to customers across multiple markets, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires fluent Italian and C1 English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work a 24/7 rotational schedule onsite in Portugal. Accommodation support is offered during relocation.
