Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account details, transactions, and credit card features.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Document all customer interactions and issues within our CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and address more complex inquiries.
- Stay updated on company policies, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support roles, preferably in the financial services or credit card sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize workload effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial service tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to assist customers with a positive approach.
