As a Rent‑a‑Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting Italian‑speaking customers with their car rental needs, ensuring a hassle‑free experience during their travels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Italian‑speaking clients, handling inquiries and reservations promptly and professionally
• Manage the rental process from vehicle pick‑up to return, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
• Conduct vehicle inspections and effectively communicate rental terms and conditions to customers
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and high service quality
• Keep up‑to‑date with the fleet and promotions to provide customers with relevant information and support

Requirements

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
• Experience in customer service or the rental/leasing industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems and rental management software
