The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your job is to turn that dream into a decision — and you’ll do it through sharp sales instincts, genuine relationship‑building, and relentless follow‑through. This is a high‑performance sales role with a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, for those who earn it.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales: Work our internal database to build and sustain a high-converting, long‑term sales pipeline
  • Excellent Communication: Drive a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to potential students — you're comfortable being direct and persuasive
  • Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude
  • Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with our international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience

Who You Are

  • You're a natural closer — you know how to read people and move conversations forward
  • Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Full working rights in Europe — no sponsorship required
  • Detail-oriented with a can‑do attitude — you figure things out, you don't wait for someone to hand you answers
  • You've lived, studied, or worked abroad — you get what we sell because you've lived it (a plus!)
  • Additional languages? A definite advantage in our multicultural environment
  • Early in your career or pivoting into sales — we care about your mindset and potential far more than your CV
