We are hiring an
Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist
for a tech customer service project based in
Portugal . In this role, you will provide customer support in
Italian and English , assist users with technical inquiries, resolve customer issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences. This is a
remote position , but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates. Responsibilities Provide technical customer service and support Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience Clearly explain technical solutions to customers Track customer issues and ensure accurate documentation Follow up on cases until resolution Maintain a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty Requirements Fluent in
Italian and English Tech-savvy and comfortable handling technical inquiries Strong communication skills Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking Detail-oriented and able to track issues properly Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations Previous customer service experience is preferred Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory Benefits Competitive Salary Remote work model, based in Portugal Relocation support provided Interested candidates are welcome to apply by submitting their updated CV to [email protected] Only candidates fluent in both
