Ignite is hiring an Italian-speaking customer support representative in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (minimum B2) with full-time on-site work in Lisbon, Portugal, and rotating 24/7 shifts. Training and onboarding are provided, with a focus on delivering proactive, high-quality support.
