Job Overview
We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers with logistics and delivery-related inquiries. The position is on-site in Piraeus, Athens, Greece , providing the opportunity to work in a dynamic international support environment.
You will communicate with customers across multiple channels and help resolve service requests while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Help customers track shipments and obtain delivery updates.
- Address billing questions and support payment-related inquiries.
- Process customer claims and service requests.
- Provide guidance on service features and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (C1 level or higher).
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
