Workster is currently recruiting Italian-speaking professionals for a Content Moderator role in Sofia, Bulgaria - you will relocate with the help of an excellent package including hotel, paid flight and help with settling in the capital.
This role focuses on reviewing user-generated content and helping maintain a safe online environment by ensuring compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: • Review online content, profiles, comments, images, videos and advertisements • Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines • Identify policy violations and take appropriate action • Investigate reported content and potential risks • Analyze patterns and trends to support decision-making • Collaborate within an international team environment
Requirements: • Fluent Italian skills (C1 level or higher) • English B2 level or higher • Strong attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to make objective decisions based on established policies • Interest in digital platforms, online safety and content moderation
