Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in the Italian‑speaking market through proactive sales strategies.
- Present and customize our products and services to suit client needs effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customer‑centric approaches and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in international or technology sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly motivated and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
