Cross Border Talents is seeking a Social Media Customer Care specialist to engage customers across social channels from Lisbon. You will respond to queries, provide clear information, and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
You must be eligible to work in Portugal and are able to relocate to Lisbon. The 12-month contract has a 40-hour week and rotating shifts, with relocation assistance and language support offered.
