Italian HR Generalist: Recruitment, Compliance & People Ops

ZRG Careers is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR presence for the Italian entity. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding in Italy, reporting to the Regional HR Manager EMEA. You will collaborate with managers and employees across Baselga di Piné and Rome-area offices, ensuring alignment with group policies while handling payroll liaison and local benefits. Occasional travel to the EMEA region may be required.
