As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.

Skills, experiences and interests you needिंग to succeed in this role:

  • You are a native Italian speaker with advanced business English
  • You hold EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
  • You have a strong customer focus and always ready to help
  • You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem‑solving skills
  • You are able to work in fast‑paced environments
  • You are a real team player and enjoy working in multicultural environments
