IT Warehouse Operator (one year contract)

Job Description The candidate will be part of the logistics team of an international company and will be responsible for operational activities related to IT equipment management, handling, and maintaining order and cleanliness of the workspace. The role also includes administrative tasks supporting shipment preparation, as well as data entry, basic data analysis, and minor administrative activities. This is a hands-on role requiring physical work and manual handling of goods. All tasks and operational procedures will be taught and transferred internally. Main Responsibilities Logistics Activities

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods;
• Preparing orders and shipments (domestic, EU, and non-EU);
• Moving goods between warehouse and other company areas using forklift, pallet jack, and small carts;
• Loading/unloading trucks and managing receiving and shipping areas;
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory activities;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse (aisles, shelving, staging areas);
• Waste management (collection, separation, disposal according to regulations);
• Supporting assembly/disassembly of small shelving units and minor warehouse maintenance (posting signage, replacing damaged or unclear labels, small repairs, fixing protections and bumpers, cleaning equipment);
• Organizing empty or damaged packaging/pallets.

Administrative Activities

• Supporting preparation of shipping documents (labels, delivery notes, packing lists, export documentation);
• Supporting basic warehouse data analysis (stock levels, movements);
• Managing administrative waste records (register entries);
• Reordering packaging materials and consumable materials (boxes, pallets, wrap, labels);
• Reporting any anomalies or maintenance needs;
• Complying with workplace safety regulations.

Job Requirements Requirements

• Previous experience, even brief, in warehouse or logistics environments;
• Basic knowledge of the English language;
• Basic knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet tools;
• Ability to operate a forklift. If not certified, the company will sponsor the training course;
• Punctuality, accuracy, and reliability;
• Good physical endurance and willingness to perform manual tasks.
