Role:


We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment , preferably multinational companies.


You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:

  • Setting up PC workplaces
  • Installations, migrations and rollouts
  • User administration via Active Directory
  • User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
  • deal with stock / asset management
  • provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
  • provide smart hand support for Server and network devices

You are exiting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach.

Location: Rome (South Rome) - fully onsite

Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (possibility of conversion into a permanent)


Requirements:


  • 2 years of IT experience in enduser support within corporations
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Familiarity with ticketing system
  • Good English and fluent Italian languages
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Ability to build relationships
